Avoid using perfume and creams which will be in direct contact with your choker. Generally, cleaning should be a last resort - so wait until it is absolutely necessary. Do not dry clean - dip a cloth in very mild, diluted detergent (the same type you use for lingerie/delicate) dab the fabric gently, carefully avoid wetting any metal components and beads. Allow the choker to dry flat on a towel in a warm place. Never wring or scrub.
